Our client is a leading provider of Cloud Contact Center as a Service (CCaaS) solutions, empowering businesses with cutting-edge customer engagement tools. The company is pioneering the integration of advanced AI features to enhance real-time communication capabilities. It is also expanding its solution into an Agentic AI Platform that will include a dedicated Quality Management module.

We are building a dedicated development team in Cluj for this project and have just started the recruitment process for this new team.

To support this growth, we are looking for a skilled React Developer to join the client’s innovative development team.

Position Overview

The Frontend Developer will play a pivotal role in developing user-friendly web applications, improving UI/UX, and collaborating with backend developers and designers to deliver high-quality software solutions. This position requires a strong understanding of frontend development and expertise in React to build complex web applications.

Required Skills and Experience

2–3+ years of experience in frontend development, primarily with React.

Technical skills:

Main focus:

• HTML / CSS / JavaScript
• React
• TypeScript
• Integration with REST APIs

Nice to have:

• Redux Toolkit
• WebSocket / SignalR
• WebRTC, SIP, and RTP protocols
• OAuth 2.0

Soft Skills:

• Good communication skills and ability to work in a team environment
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications:

• Familiarity with Ant Design (or other design systems)
• Familiarity with Vite
• Understanding of UX/UI design best practices
• Experience with Azure DevOps for CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure as code, and deployment automation
