Who we are

mühlemann+popp (m+p) is a digital company builder based in Zurich, founded in 2010 by Markus Popp and Silvan Mühlemann. We launch and scale web-based companies — some you may know: sobrado.ch, bontique.ch, evenito.com, realmatch360.ch. 

Our team of ~50 people works out of Zurich, Wroclaw, Warsaw, and remotely across Europe.

Why this role matters

We’re looking for an experienced Python + React Full-Stack Developer who’s eager to build modern web apps — and excited to explore agentic AI, LLM optimization, and machine learning in production environments.

You’ll work on real, running products — some mature, others greenfield — in a tight-knit, cross-functional team. We expect you to shape architecture, take ownership, and help us build things that last.

What you'll do

• Work across the stack: from Python/Django APIs to modern React frontends

• Collaborate with product and design to ship meaningful features

• Build agent-based tools by using AI Coding Tools like Cursor, Cline or CoPilot.

• Explore ML and finetuned LLM use cases in real-world applications

• Deploy scalable services with Docker, GitHub Actions, and Terraform

• Share knowledge, challenge ideas, and help shape the future of our platforms

What you bring

Soft Skills

• Open, thoughtful, and positive mindset

• Strong communicator, especially in remote/distributed setups

• Passion for software, design, and emerging technologies

• Pragmatic approach to solving real-world problems

Hard Skills

• 6+ years of full-stack experience

• Backend: Python, Django, DRF, PostgreSQL

• Frontend: TypeScript, React, Next.js, Zustand, Tailwind, Storybook

• Experience with WebSockets, Docker, Git workflows

• Solid CSS skills (preprocessors welcome)

Bonus Points

• Experience with LLMs, LangChain, or finetuning pipelines

• Agentic AI development (AutoGen, CrewAI, or custom setups)

• DevOps with GCP, Azure, Terraform

• Capacitor / mobile wrappers

• GraphQL

• Figma, C#, or open-source contributions

The deal

• B2B contract

• Work remote or from our shared office in central Warsaw
