About the Role

As a Senior React Developer, you will work alongside talented developers, designers, and product teams to create high-performance, scalable, and user-friendly web applications. Your focus will be on building new features, improving performance, and ensuring top-tier code quality. You will also contribute to process improvement, system architecture, and mentoring junior team members.

What You Bring to the Table

Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field Experience: 5+ years as a React Developer with strong JavaScript (ES6+) skills

Tech Expertise:

• React.js (including Redux or Context API)

• TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3/SCSS

• REST APIs, Git version control

• Testing frameworks (Jest, Cypress) – nice to have

• Experience with Next.js, Tailwind, and Storybook – a plus

Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving ability, analytical mindset, and excellent teamwork and communication skills

What You’ll Be Doing

• Development & Architecture – Build scalable, maintainable, and high- performance front-end applications.

• Best Practices & Testing – Write clean, efficient, and reusable code while ensuring high-quality testing and debugging.

• Collaboration – Work closely with cross-functional teams to define project goals and deliverables.

• Mentorship & Leadership – Provide guidance to junior developers, participate in code reviews, and improve development workflows.

• Agile & CI/CD – Work in an Agile environment, track tasks in Jira, and contribute to DevOps processes.
