About the Role

ChabezTech LLC is seeking a talented Full Stack Java / React Developer to join our growing team in Reston, VA.

This role focuses on developing and integrating enterprise web applications using Spring Boot (Java) and React.js. You’ll collaborate with technical teams to deliver scalable, secure, and modern web solutions in a hybrid environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable Java (Spring Boot) RESTful APIs and microservices.

• Build high-performing UIs using React.js, Redux, and TypeScript.

• Integrate APIs and services for data processing and analytics.

• Implement secure authentication and authorization (OAuth2, JWT, SSO).

• Collaborate in Agile/Scrum teams and participate in sprint reviews and code evaluations.

• Optimize performance and troubleshoot complex production issues.

• Work closely with QA, DevOps, and business stakeholders to deliver complete solutions.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.

• 5+ years of Java / J2EE / Spring Boot development experience.

• 3+ years of React.js / JavaScript / TypeScript experience.

• Strong understanding of REST APIs, JSON, and Microservices.

• Experience with SQL / Hibernate / JPA and relational databases.

• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Hands-on experience with AWS, Docker, or Kubernetes.

• Familiarity with Next.js, Redux Toolkit, or GraphQL.

• Background in federal or enterprise projects in the DC Metro area.

• Knowledge of OAuth2 / SAML / Okta / Azure AD for identity management.
