Snr Java React Developer

Senior Software Developer to help drive the development of our core logistics platform. You’ll work closely with our product and engineering leads, making key technical decisions, mentoring mid-level developers, and owning the delivery of high-impact features. This is a hands-on role with plenty of room for influence.

You can be backend-focused or full stack — either way, we’re after someone who brings both strong technical ability and a proactive, problem-solving mindset.

We are gearing up to take our platform into the international market. This entails adding internationalization features and scalability for multi-tenants in distributed regions.

• Design and implement scalable backend services using Java and Spring Boot
• (Optional) Contribute to our frontend stack using React and React native where applicable
• Collaborate closely with product owners and tech leads to shape and scope features
• Lead by example through clean, maintainable, well-tested code
• Guide and mentor mid-level developers in best practices and technical direction
• Help improve our architecture, performance, and DevOps practices
• Contribute to sprint planning and Agile delivery processes

What We’re Looking For

• 6+ years of professional Java software development experience or similar full stack development
• Strong expertise in Java and Spring Boot
• Solid experience with React or modern frontend frameworks
• Strong understanding of system architecture, databases, and API design
• Experience working in Agile product teams
• Solid mentorship and technical leadership skills
• Solid GCP and/or AWS experience
